3.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount at nmok is ৳200 (per method). Accepted payment methods:

3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals from successfully verified accounts are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals may be delayed while verification is in progress.
3.3 Payment Verification
nmok reserves the right to verify the source of payments. For suspicious transactions, additional documents may be requested and withdrawals may be temporarily held.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
nmok offers new members a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
4.3 General Bonus Rules
- A bonus offer applies only once per person, household, IP address, or device.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the requirements have been met.
- nmok reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
- Bonus validity periods are determined as per the offer details.
Betting & Gaming Rules
5.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation
nmok reserves the right to accept or reject any bet. Bets placed due to technical errors or incorrect odds may be cancelled. There is no obligation to pay out winnings in the case of an obvious error.
5.2 Sports Betting
Specific rules apply to each sport for betting on cricket, football, and other games. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets are generally refunded, though this may vary depending on the specific market and circumstances.
5.3 Casino & Slots
All casino games are operated by certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Game outcomes are fair and verifiable. If a technical error occurs in any game, the bet for that round will be considered void and the balance will be restored.
5.4 Prohibited Activities

- Deliberately placing opposing bets to fulfill bonus requirements.

- Any fraudulent or illegal activity.
